Children of the Jungle Inc ("we," "us") is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to operate, communicate with you, and fulfill donations and orders. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information you give us — when you donate, make a purchase, fill out our contact form, or use our chat, we may receive your name, email address, shipping address, and any message you send. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically — like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
We rely on trusted third parties to operate, and your information may pass through them only as needed: PayPal and Shopify (payments and store), Formspree (contact form delivery), and Google Analytics (site analytics). Each has its own privacy practices.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, or when required by law.
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
