Welcome to Children of the Jungle Inc, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. By using this website, making a donation, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Donations

Donations are voluntary charitable gifts to support our mission. Children of the Jungle Inc is a 501(c)(3) organization, and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; we provide a receipt for your records. Because gifts are put to work supporting communities, donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Store orders & handmade items

Many of our products are handmade and personalized to order by artisans in the communities we serve — that's the point: each purchase directly supports a family. Because of this:

  • Lead times: handmade and personalized items take time to create and ship from the Philippines. Estimated timeframes are shown on each product; please order with that in mind.
  • Personalized & custom items (such as items made with your initials, handwritten letters, and commissions) are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund except where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • Damaged or incorrect orders: contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Use of this site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content without permission. All text, images, and branding on this site are the property of Children of the Jungle Inc unless otherwise noted.

No warranties / limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Children of the Jungle Inc is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.
